Mr. Chung is one of representative partners in charge of electronic department.
He graduated from Pusan National University with B.S. in Electronic Engineering, and
passed the 25th Technical Higher Civil Service Examination in 1989.
He built his professional career serving as a patent examiner of KIPO(Korea
Intellectual Property Office) in technical field of electronic engineering for a
number of years, and was qualified as a Patent Attorney in 1996.
He served as a government official in MOTIE(Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy)
for several years, making industrial policies.

the 29th Patent Attorney Examination Bar in 1992 to become a Patent Attorney.
He served as a President of the Policy Research Subcommittee Meeting of Korea Patent
Attorneys Association, a director for patenting & promotion of Korea Patent
Attorneys Association, and a Vice-president of Korea Technology Transfer Association.
Currently, he is a member of the committee of Technology Transfer Center in Aju
University and holding a membership in AIPPI, APPA and LES Korea.
Mr. Yoo is a patent attorney in chrge of mechanics.
He graduated from University of Seoul with BS in civil engineering, and passed the
Patent Attorney Examination to become a Patent Attorney. Before he joined the firm, he
built his professional career working at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law.
Mr. Kim is a patent attorney in charge of Bio/Chemical department.
He graduated from Seoul National University with B.S. in Food Engineering, and
Kyunghee University with M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering. He passed the Patent
Attorney Examination Bar to become a Patent Attorney.
Before he joined the firm, he built his professional career as a patent attorney for a
number of years at Hanol Intellectual Property & Law, Gyeonggi Regional
Intellectual Property Center, and Hanlim Patent & Law Office.
He also formerly served as an evaluation committee member of technical development
project in the province of Gyeonggi-do, and an expert committee member in the IP
supporters of Bucheon Industry Promotion Foundation.

Mr. Kim is a patent attorney in charge of mechanical and electronic department.
He graduated from Sungkyunkwan University with B.S. degrees in Advanced Materials
Engineering and Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and passed the 49th Patent
Attorney Examination to qualify as a Patent Attorney in 2012.
From 2016 to 2019, he served at Regional Intellectual Property Office of Korea
Invention Promotion Association as an expert member to promote regional intellectual
property based R&D projects.
In 2019, he joined LeeHyoun Intellectual Property Law Firm as a partner attorney
for conducting and developing IP related business in his area of expertise.
Before joining Nobel International Patent and Law Firm, he worked as a representative
patent attorney at DAOM Patent Law Office for management and promotion of IP related
business.

Ms. Choi is one of the patent attorneys in charge of electronic department in Nobel International Patent & Law Firm.
She graduated from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Seoul National University with a B.S. degree.
After graduation from Seoul National University, she built her professional career serving as a patent attorney in technical field of electrical and computer engineering for a number of years.
Before she joined Nobel International Patent & Law Firm, she had been served as a Director of Public Relations in Korea Patent Attorneys Association. She also had been worked with, a well-known international law firm, Kim & Chang as a patent attorney. Since then, she had been with Jeongdong Intellectual Property Office as a patent attorney; after then she had been worked with K.J. LEE Patent & Trademark Law Firm; and then finally she had been served as the Representative patent attorney of Argo Patent & Law Firm.
Mr. Cho is a patent attorney in charge of electronic engineering department. He
graduated from Busan National University with a bachelor of electronic engineering.
Before he joined the firm, he built his professional career working at LG Chem and
Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy for a number of years. Moreover, he also
served as a patent examiner in KIPO in technical field of electronic engineering.
He graduated from Korea University with a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering,
and built his professional career working at Patent Department of LG Electronics for
26 years. And since then he has served as an Executive Manager in charge of Electronic
Department at Nobel International Patent & Law Firm. He also lectured on
Intellectual Property at Kyonggi University.

Dr. Yoon is an Executive Managing Director of International Cooperation
Department.
He once served as a ROK Army interpreting officer and was discharged as a first
lieutenant. He graduated from Texas A&M University with PhD and MS degree in
electrical engineering, Hanyang University with BS in electronics engineering. He also
made research on electrooptic materials as a visiting scholar at Texas A&M
University.
He built his professional careers working as a director of the electronic component
division at Korea Electronics Technology Institute, a technology development manager
for SRAM devices at SK Hynix Semiconductor, a technical director at Darae Law & IP
Firm, a technical director at Darae Strategic Business Commercialization Center, and a
technical director at Sunrich International Patent Law Firm. He also served as a
project manager of Korean national projects on optical device packaging technology and
mems technologies.
He served as an expert in standards area, such as a secretary of International
Electro-technical Commission (IEC), 3D National Standards Coordinator for Korean
Agency for National Technology and Standards, and a standard committee member for The
Institute of Electronics and Information Engineers.
Additionally, he served as a project specialist (PS) at Creative Economic Valley
Technology Innovation Center to assist commercialization of R&D projects supported
by the Institute for Information and Communication Technology Promotion (IITP), and a
member of Scientists and Engineers Advisory Group providing technical assistance for
small and medium sized enterprises.
