You may download our form of Individual Power of Attorney, when you would like to entrust us to represent you in all procedures with respect to an individual application for patent, utility model, design or trademark in Korea.

General Power of Attorney

You may download our form of General Power of Attorney, when you would like to entrust us to represent you in all procedures with respect to all the applications you entrust us. Once the General Power of Attorney is submitted to the KIPO (Korean Intellectual Property Office), the Power of Attorney is not required any more with respect to the documents submitted to the KIPO afterwards.
